Could you please remove a used Tahoma Switch from another account?

Hello,
I have bought a used Tahoma Switch and can not activate it because it is still connected to another account. I don't have a way to contact the previous owner to let him to remove the binding. This way the Tahoma Switch is just electronic garbage. Could you please delete the assignment to the other account?

The Pin is 2008-6007-4166.
